high noise level stocked minibar
The food was acceptable. I had no complaints.
The noise level was unacceptable. Loud music continued past midnight every night. i also found the lack of readily available bottled water frustrating. I had to ask repeatedly, and the minibar was never properly stocked. this reminded me of a deliberate inconvenience.

totally awesome vacation!
big balcony perfect air conditioning restocked minibar
i stayed in a beautiful sea view room, and it was amazing. the room had a big balcony that overlooked the sea! the air conditioning worked perfectly. it was also very quiet at night, and i slept soundly. the minibar was restocked daily with water and soft drinks. the safe was easy to use and large enough for my laptop and valuables.
the gym equipment is a little outdated.

the room features two separate sinks and a rainfall shower , made getting ready such easy. there are also plenty of towels and toiletries. i loved the modern decor and comfortable bed.

the staff always greeted me with a smile and were eager to assist. housekeeping kept my room super clean! the concierge helped me book excursions. the bellhops were prompt with luggage assistance.

the buffet had a diverse range of options that catered to every taste. i enjoyed the fresh seafood! the themed nights added excitement. the waitstaff was attentive. the poolside bar offered great cocktails.

the resort has multiple pools each one offering a different vibe. i spent most of my time at the swim up bar. there are many sun loungers. the aqua park looked fun for families! the beach is well maintained.

A Mixed Stay, Could Be Improved
dusty room constant requests
The room seemed quite outdated. It also was not very clean. Dust was visible. I had to ask for thorough cleaning. Sheets got changed once. Pillows were not changed until I asked. Even toiletries required constant requests for refills. This was a bit disappointing.

The hotel offered multiple places to eat. That was superb. The food was AMAZING!!! There was also a convenient walk to the beach. The rooms were quite spacious.
I noticed very slight noise from the bar for a short time each evening.

fantastic hotel!
coral reef sea view kind staff renovated room
i stayed in a recently renovated beautiful sea view room for five nights, and it was great. the coral reef located directly in front of the resort is amazing. all staff members were kind and very accommodating.
the wifi was spotty in some areas, so that's a slight inconvenience.

swimming pools food selection efficient air conditioning
The hotel grounds included several swimming pools. I saw that all were clean and well-kept. The main restaurant offered a good selection of food daily, especially for an all-inclusive location. The air con in my Superior Room Pool View was perfect, a welcome treat after a hot day.
The car park sits far from the main hotel building (i had to ask for a golf cart).
